At M/s Wine Tours And Travels (WINE), we are always committed to protect your privacy. We may collect certain information including but not limited to your personal information when you visit or utilise our website or marketing services. This privacy policy provides you with an insight on the information we collect from you and the purpose behind such collection. Pease read this Privacy Policy before using or submitting your information to us. You are advised to immediately discontinue using our services if you do not agree with our privacy policy.
What we collect
We may collect your personal information like your name, email ID, contact number including whatsapp, location and date of birth for our marketing purpose.
If you are our client or desires utilize the services of WINE, we may also collect the following information from you and your co travelers:
Names, date of birth and gender
Copy of Passports
Copy of Visa
Copy of Aadhar
Copy of PAN card
We may use cookies to collect your IP details, device information usage history however, you may disable the cookie on your browser.
If you are uncomfortable to share your personal details digitally, you may provide the information to our customer help desk directly by visiting any of our office in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
Purpose of collection
The main purpose of collection is to identify you and provide you with our services. Your name and email ID is used, and we may use your email ID and phone number to contact you with service details and alerts.
Details of the travelers including name, date of birth, passport and aadhar details, PAN card, etc., are collected for the sole purpose of providing our services including but not limited to visa application, booking of flights/train/transportation hotels etc.
Your IP address, Device information is collected for verification purpose and for authentication. It is also used to help us improve our service. Your usage history is solely used to help us improve our service.
Your date of birth for the sole purpose of determining that you are an adult. We do not allow individuals under 18 years to register, as per the Indian Contract Act.
Storing and Sharing your Information
We collect only that information which are required to provide you with our service.
You understand and accept that WINE is only a tour aggregator and we rely on third party service providers for providing you with our services. We would be sharing your personal information to third party service providers like airline, railways, hotel, tour operator at the destination etc., for the sole purpose of providing you with the services.
We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights or property of WINE, or if we believe that such disclosure is appropriate in the interests of national security. Under certain circumstances, the Government authorities/police or the competent court may require the disclosure of information, including your personal information and we will be forced to comply especially in the interests of national security, criminal activities, law suits etc.
We shall undertake such reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. However, we do not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you further understand and acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
We shall not in any way be liable for reasons beyond our control including but not limited to Force Majeure events like fire, flood, earthquakes, explosions, epidemics, pandemics, lockdowns, quarantine restrictions, embargoes, government actions, war, strikes, disruptions; hacking, virus and other malicious codes etc.
We may store your information for a minimum of five years for providing you with our marketing services. Please contact us in case you want to permanently delete your details.
Your rights
Refusal: You may refuse to share any personal information with us. Providing your personal data is purely optional and you may refuse to provide any information. However, we cannot register you on the Mobile Application and you would not be able to avail our services. However, once you register, you may chose to visit our physical offices and hand over your personal documents (and that of your co travelers) like Passport, Aadhar etc., if you are not comfortable in sharing them over digital means.
Access: You may request us for copies of your personal data in our possession. However, a nominal fee may be applicable for the same.
Modification: In case you need to modify, change or rectify any errors in your personal data, you may send a request to us, if you genuinely believe your personal data with us is incomplete or inaccurate.
Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information in our possession. You may request for deletion of partial information, certain specific information or the entire information pertaining to you within our possession. However, you may not be able to avail our services and your registration shall be cancelled once your personal information has been deleted.
